The bachelor thesis is focused on the internal directives anonymous company XYZ ltd. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical problems of internal directives with emphasis on financial closing and statements. The second part contains a description of the company XYZ ltd. and an assessment of the state of its current in-house directives. In the third and at the same time the last part, a draft internal company directive is created on the topic of the schedule of financial closing and statements.

Passenger Cars Four Wheel Drive.

The aim of my Bachelor´s project is to form the search describing individual drive concepts of the all cars´ wheels. It is focused especially on the construction, working principle and usability of the particular concepts. The beginning of the thesis is interested in the the history as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this engineering solution. In the following part the most used drive concepts are described. The end of the project covers the summary of the acquired information and the consideration of how the all wheels´ drive will be developed in the following years.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the internal guidelines of HBH Projekt spol. s.r.o. The first part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and then introduces the brief content of individual guidelines and detailed theoretical description of the guideline on the timetable and the procedure for the preparation of the financial closures and the financial closures for the period. The second part analyzes the selected company and evaluates the new directive in the company. The last part is the actual design of the selected internal guideline.

Sourcing optimization in Thermo Fisher Scientific company

The aim of this diploma thesis is a detailed view of a process and way of managing all the sourcing activities in the company Thermo Fischer Scientific. The focus (of my work) is a czech site of mentioned company situated in Mukařov, which, apart from production itself, is engaged also in sourcing for its own needs (where in most cases it has a decision power in its own hands) as well as for the whole company in the global measure (where it operates just as an intermediate searching for possible business partners, without any powers of decision). The main contribution of my work lies in the comparison of both of these variations and detailed investigation and description of all the activities that could help to optimize the global sourcing. I found out that entire optimizations are based on communication improvements among all the sourcing managers and technologists within the global corporation. On the basis of this fact I have projected models of documents the sourcing managers should work with, suppliers database and an information server. The result of my work is a process scheme which should contribute to the outsourced projects optimization.

Účetní závěrka a uzávěrka v účetním software

Práce rozebírá jednotlivé činnosti účetní uzávěrky a závěrky v účetním programu WinVabank a jak se s nimi tento program vypořádává. Zároveň se snaží upozornit na některé jeho nedostatky a vyjadřuje názor, jak je řešit. Současně jsou v práci podrobně rozebrány zákonné normy, které by měl účetní program splňovat. Práce vyjadřuje stanovisko uživatele účetního programu jak ke splnění českých zákonných norem, tak k funkcím a programové stavbě.

Final Accounts and Financial Statement

The Bachelor Assignment deals with Financial Balance and Financial Statement within the legislation of the Czech Republic. It describes the financial balance and proceeding for the book closing. Listing of sorts of the book closing is propounded in the section on Financial Statement. Moreover, individual registers can be found there. It also focuses on computing economy results and tax base. The Bachelor Assignment also deals with the process of verification of the financial statement by an auditor, then with annual report and making the financial statement public. In the last part, theoretical information is recapitulated and shown on a fictional example of the Drevonabytek firm, Ltd. This model can be used as the essential instruction for compilation of the financial statement and final accounts.

Účetní uzávěrka a závěrka

Práce popisuje problematiku účetní uzávěrky a závěrky v České republice.Z hlediska účetní uzávěrky je zde popsána právní úprava, účtování na konci roku, inventarizace, uzavření účetních knih a převod účetnictví do dalšího období. Účetní závěrce je věnována větší část. Jsou zde obecné informace včetně druhu a rozsahu závěrky. Jednotlivě jsou zde popsány výkazy a příloha. Je zde nastíněna i problematika auditu, zvejřejnění a konsolidace účetní závěrky. Práce obsahuje i praktickou část v podobě zpracování uzávěrky a závěrky na příkladě.
